There is a taxi rank located on the Level 5 Carpark near the travelator lobby.

Toilets and Parents Room:
We have toilets and disabled toilets in the following locations:
Level 3 next to St George Bank
Level 4 near the foodcourt
Parents rooms are located near the toilets on Level 3 (near Kmart) and Level 4 (near the foodcourt area)

Car Washing:
Car washing is available at Star Car Wash, located on Level 1 at the Knox St end of the carpark. Please refer to http://www.starcarwash.com.au/ for pricing details.

By Car

Ashfield Mall is located in the heart of Ashfield on one of Sydney’s most important arterial roads , Liverpool Rd (Hume Hwy), making access to the centre extremely easy. Level 1 carpark can be accessed via Knox Street and Norton street will take you straight to Level 2. The Rooftop carpark can be accessed via Norton and Holden Streets.

By Bus

There is an extensive State Transit bus service, ferrying passengers from throughout the inner west, such as Concord, Burwood, Enfield, Croydon Park, Ashbury, Canterbury and Strathfield to name a few.Bus stops are found all along Liverpool Rd, right outside our door, and down by Ashfield Train Station in Brown Street. Parking at Ashfield Mall

Parking at Ashfield Mall is ticketless and customers have 2 hours free parking.

Under 2 hours
For customers parking under 2 hours, they will be able to exit the car park with the boom gate lifting automatically.

Same day re-entry
If you exit the centre and want to return on the same day, there must be 60 minutes between exit and re-entry in order to receive another 2 hours free parking period. If you enter within this time frame, you will be charged the day’s parking rates as stipulated on each pay machine.

Over 2 hours
For customers staying longer than 2 hours, there are three easy ways to pay for parking:

Pay at any pay station by typing in your number plate.
Pay at the exit by tapping your credit or debit card.

Level 2 near The Reject Shop (Orange Level)

Centre Upgrades

We know you have been patient, which is why we are excited to announce the centre upgrade project for Ashfield Mall.

For over 40 years, Ashfield Mall has provided the local community with access to groceries, retail and a range of convenience based services. The centre has become a local necessity, and as part of our promise in providing spaces that are safe, positive and sustainable, we are investing in a centre upgrade to improve customer experience through the amenities, vertical transports and food court, as well as increasing natural lighting throughout the centre.

We are conscious of your need to continue accessing the centre, which is why we have launched a staged program for the works that will allow the centre to remain open throughout the project.

Do any stores need to close?

All stores should be able to operate as normal with minimal if any disruptions.

What changes will occur?

Works to the ceiling, lighting, column treatments and flooring works, as well as a brand-new seating arrangement and joineries in the food court.

Will there be changes to the car park?

The car park will be operating as usual.

How will you manage the disruption to the centre during the works?

Our contractor is extremely experienced in carrying out this type of work in the live retail environment with the majority of disruptive works being undertaken outside of Centre trading hours. We will actively communicate the upcoming works program via various channels including face to face with our retailers, social media, the Centre website, electronic mail and in-centre signages.

What hours will the work take place?

All disruptive works will be undertaken in the evening & outside core trading hours, and non-disruptive works will be undertaken during trading hours.
